Product Design Director/ Toys & Hardlines

職務内容	Universal Brand Development is seeking a Product Design Director for our JAPAN region with experience in toy design and licensing for the Toys and Hardlines team. The role is responsible for product approvals, product development and product strategies for Toys, Party and Publishing categories. The candidate needs to be proficient in both Japanese and English and has the experience and expertise of the Japanese culture. Universal Brand Development team is looking for candidates that are pro-active, hands on, forward thinkers and have the ability to formulate product design strategies. The role requires a leader that has experience building strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners. This position will report directly to Global SVP of product design and work daily alongside the reginal lead in the Japan office. The position will be in the NBC Universal CP office in Tokyo.
応募資格	・Minimum 8-10 years of experience within the TOY and manufacturing industry ・Proficient in English and Japanese ・Entertainment industry experience with license-based consumer product approvals ・Licensing and or Toy Manufacturing Experience
