職務内容	The Account Supervisor will help to oversee the account management function and lead the day-to-day operational execution of all projects across designated pods and ongoing projects. Oversee project activity across specified pods and facilitate the members of the account management department in the flawless execution of the localisation, amplification and origination process so that campaigns are delivered in accordance with the campaign strategy and to the high standard expected by MAL and our client.
応募資格	・Understanding of advertising media in Japan. ・Strong analytical skills. ・Strong organisational skills. ・Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities. ・Proactive attitude and a team player must. ・Leadership skills. ・Ability to train and motivate junior member of the team. ・Ability to work well on multiple projects. ・Understanding of essentials to social currency, namely music, youth and technology. ・Experience in advertising or marketing, international experience preferred.
