職務内容	As the day-to-day strategic leader, you will need to work closely with the client’s brand leaders to deliver excellent strategic thinking and devise strategies that brings this ambition to life. RESPONSIBILITIES ・Data & insight discovery (with client and agency tools) ・Lead, design and moderate workshops that uncover meaning for the brand ・Provide meaning to complex client challenges ・Author & direct the creative brief and collaborate with creative leadership ・Provide examples to client and creative that inspire ・Write core brand and product campaigns in an omni-channel environment ・Collaborate & lead with other strategists (media, comms, activation), account and creative members ・Be knowledgeable about the client’s consumers, and where and how advertising communications & experiences contribute to their success ・Lead the senior planners and other planners (project pending)
応募資格	・Minimum of 12-15+ years’ experience brand/marketing/communications strategy experience in integrated, brand and digital communications. ・Highly motivated, with a proven track record of building clients and expansion of client accounts ・Ability to identify strategic needs, proactive in nature. ・Ability to identify cultural, category, consumer trends and insights ・Ability to lead multiple project work in an entrepreneurial environment ・Strong project management abilities
