職務内容	Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: ・Perform period end closing based on USGAAP and IPG Policies and Procedures ・Review key accounts and ensure accounting practice is in compliance with IPG Standard Policies and Procedures ・Review revenue contract and enforce proper accounting methods per IPG guidance ・Prepare documentation of key revenue transactions by using IPG reporting tool (English) ・Collaborate and support preparation of IPG reporting schedules in Hyperion ・Perform monthly reconciliation of key accounts ・Assist Regional Control Team in various inquiries and reporting requirements ・Collaborate effectively with FP&A team and support ad-hoc projects ・Support Controller for various ad-hoc projects ・Support Controller during a site visit by Regional Control Team and Internal/External Audits ・Work with various stakeholder to resolve internal/external audit issues ・Manage relationship with IPG Finance Department and Regional Control Team
応募資格	・5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience with exposure to general accounting and revenue recognition ・Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent is strongly preferred ・Good command of business level English (oral and written) is required ・Native level Japanese (oral and written) is required ・Prior experience with internal control requirements, including a strong understanding of an effective and efficient internal control environment and auditing experience, is a big plus
