職務内容	The Ecommerce Merchandiser supports the Senior Merchandising Manager in driving the merchandisingvision for Crocs, the industry-leading casual footwear brand specializing in comfortable, fun, innovativeand irreverent product lines designed to surprise and delight our millions of loyal Crocs fans and futureCrocs fans. As a member of the Ecommerce team, you will be a part of a dynamic group responsible for executing the Ecommerce activities required to meet the company’s financial goals & customer engagement objectives to bring profound comfort, fun, color and innovation to the world’s feet. The Ecommerce Merchandiser is a cross-functional collaborator who will be responsible for sales forecasting analytics, actual sales/sell-thru tracking, inventory management, pricing and reporting to support the high financial growth targets of Asia Ecommerce.

The right candidate will be able to drive fact based communication, build credible cross-functional relationships and possess a drive to grow the business. ・1-2+ years in merchandise planning, analytics and/or buying within a direct to consumer environment
