Elemis Marketing Manager

職務内容	・Develop and execute marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. ・Lead the development of ATL communications for brand building and customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM/SEO, email marketing video production and media planning. ・Implement innovative digital marketing and PR strategies to achieve business goal, work closely with Global Communications team to adapt plans to be locally relevant ・Accountable for budget control and sales analysis ・Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness on program KPIs, with focus on ROI. Test, adapt and recommend new approaches to optimize results ・Work closely with digital / media / PR agencies on all marketing and PR initiatives day-to-day, as well mid and long-term planning
応募資格	・Strong in digital marketing and PR ・KPI driven and able to work under tight timeline ・Strong entrepreneurship with excellent communication and influencing skills ・Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning ・Innovative, tenacious, self-driven and passionate ・Able to work independently and under pressure ・Fluent in business English
