職務内容	This is a client service leardership role for the newly establised Tokyo operation of The&Partnership. Account Director will lead and drive the day-to-day business for a real time marketing service for one of our major clients. ・Responsibilities ・Successful delivery of projects in a timely manner ・Day-to-day follow up with client ・Project lead for agile way of working ・Manage a team ・Digital and social marketing in JP and/or Korea ・Content production
応募資格	・Leadership skills to manage a team ・Data driven performance mindset, understand performance dashboards and implications for optimisation ・Media understanding ・Data analytics understanding ・Experience design understanding ・Ecommerce understanding ・CRM and loyalty programs understanding ・Audience mapping, Persona creation, journey mapping understanding ・End-to-end consumer thinking o Influencer marketing understanding ・7 years professional experience with min 3 years in an agency
